I went to college at James Madison University (Go Dukes!) where I studied Kinesiology. I now live in North Carolina where I love walking with my dog and working out! My name is Hayley and I’m originally from Maryland but have been living in North Carolina for the past 8 years! I’ve always been into fitness and moving my body in ways that feel good. When I left my teaching career, I wanted to continue educating and spreading my passion for things that I love. That ultimately ended up in me becoming a fitness coach! I love empowering women to be their strongest, healthiest, and happiest selves. Move well & feel better. When I’m not coaching I’m more than likely playing pickleball, walking my two dogs, or binge watching the latest Bravo or Netflix tv show.
Hey! I’m Kathy! I have 19 years of experience teaching physical education and health, including coaching cross-country and track.
Outside of school, I also teach yoga and provide daily motivation to my clients as a Blissmode fitness coach. I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals and use my positive attitude to encourage others to work hard, live a healthy lifestyle and to succeed. In my free time I enjoy nature, hiking, crafting, art and reading. I am always up for challenges and never says no to an adventure.
Hey my name is Paige! I’m 24 and was born and raised in Louisiana, but I have lived in the high desert for the last ten years. I have an extensive history working as a client in the fitness industry and have spent many years navigating diet culture. Throughout this journey I found my passion for wellness as a coach, which includes a deep respect for yogic philosophy, integrative nutrition, and functional fitness. Can’t wait to meet you!

We have a full in gym plan or an at home plan that only requires dumbbells. You choose what plan is best for you!
Our meal plans give you 4 different options per meal to choose from so you can have a lot of variety! Not only do you have options but you get a completely updated meal plan every 6 weeks.
Each exercise comes with a video demo and explanation from Bliss to ensure you are performing with correct form and understand the exercise fully.
All Blissmode workouts are completely tailored to each individual person. We offer modifications and progressions so that experienced athletes and new beginners can both get the perfect workout for them!
On average it will be $6-$8 a day depending on your monthly commitment. 🙂
